Missouri hunters help “Share the Harvest”
On this week’s episode of the Outdoor Adventures hunting podcast from Brownfield Ag News, we learn about another effort that allows hunters to help provide food for those in need. Tyler Schwartze, executive director of the Conservation Federation of Missouri, says the state’s “Share the Harvest” program has been around for decades and helps deer hunters donate surplus venison to the needy.
