Additionally, animal waste can be used to produce biogas through anaerobic digestion. Solar Energy: Solar panels can be installed on agricultural land to generate electricity, a concept known as agrivoltaics. Wind Energy: Wind turbines can be placed on farms to generate electricity, providing a clean energy source. Other Sources: Some farms are exploring hydropower and geothermal energy for on-farm energy production.
